Are you looking for a good excuse to get outdoors and maybe learn some new skills? The Broad River Greenway is currently looking for creative, energetic, responsible people to assist with many aspects of the greenway. We are currently recruiting volunteers for cabin sitting, litter control, gardening, special events, trail maintenance and litter prevention. No experience necessary.

- help with bulk mailings publicity committee
- Greenway maintenance and repairs
- support work for special events (phone calls, deliveries, distribute fliers)

- Cabin Sitter (opens Phifer Cabin to the public on Sunday afternoons from 2 -4 and provides information about the greenway and the cabin to the public)

Employment Opportunities!
We are currently taking applications for one (1) part time seasonal concession attendants for the 2008 Summer season.
This is a seasonal part time position consisting of 10 hours on alternating weekends. Time is split equally between Saturday and Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m. from June until August. Attendant will be responsible for opening and closing concession stand, stocking items, and maintaining cash box. In addition, attendant must assist Ranger in keeping restrooms neat and orderly. Good customer service skills and money handling experience are a must. NO PHONE CALLS, Please!
